Our vintage style shirts use a new printing process combined with our SoftShirt ink to produce a comfortable, soft shirt with a design that can include millions of different colors.
With our SoftShirt ink you don’t have to choose between wearability and longevity. We start with the softest shirts available and use a recently innovated digital printing process to permanently dye the fabric of our shirts with our custom blended ink. Instead of a shirt that feels like the design is sitting on top of the shirt and is prone to cracking and premature fading, our SoftShirt ink literally soaks into the fabric of the shirt, producing a design that is soft to the touch and ages like a fine bottle of wine. Shirts printed with SoftShirt ink can handle as many colors as a computer monitor without color bleed or blurring. Our SoftShirt ink is the feature we specialize in, and it’s the one our customers and partners have given overwhelmingly positive feedback about time and time again.

What's the right way to care for my shirt?
Nothing too difficult! We just recommend washing all of our garments inside out so that the design stays vibrant.
We’re glad that you’re excited to receive your order! You should have a confirmation email that came through shortly after you placed your order and another email that notified you when your order shipped. Inside that shipment email will be a tracking number where you can watch your item’s status as it makes its journey from our door to yours. If you placed an order more than 3 days ago and haven’t received a shipping notification, check the spam folder in your email to make sure it didn’t mistakenly get sorted there. Because we offer so many options for our products and every item we sell is hand printed, it will take a few days between ordering your item and receiving a shipping notification. The printing process takes 2 to 3 business days. If you placed your order more than 3 business days ago and haven’t received a shipping notification, check the spam folder in your email to make sure it didn’t mistakenly get sorted into there. Your options for shipping change depending on where you’re located.
Orders shipped to the United States with our standard USPS First Class shipping option take a total of 5 to 8 business days to arrive at your door (2 to 3 business days for printing, 3 to 5 business days for shipping).
International orders shipped with our stand shipping to 1 to 3 weeks to arrive at your door (including 2 to 3 days for printing).
Express USPS Domestic Priority shipping is available to our US customers and takes a total of 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door (1 to 2 business days for us to print, 2 to 3 business days for shipping)
Will I have to pay extra fees to ship internationally?
Our international shipping charge only covers the cost set by USPS to ship to your country. Depending on your country’s laws, you may be also responsible for additional duties, taxes, and/or import fees.
What shipping providers do you use?
We ship all of our orders via USPS.
Where can I find my tracking link?
You will receive an email with a confirmation when you place your order, as well as a followup email with a tracking link once your order ships. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be directed to the USPS page with your tracking information.
In the event that you didn’t receive your shipment tracking email, first check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name/order number and we’ll straighten it out for you.
My tracking link says “unavailable”? Why?
Tracking links sometimes take 1-2 business days to show up on the USPS website, so please allow a little time for them to update their system. In the meantime, you can think about what it would be like if humans had evolved the same but with gills underwater. What kinds of sports would we play down there? Would we enjoy putting on tanks of water and running around on beaches?
Do you ship to military bases?
Indeed we do. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for shipping to military bases (including 2-3 business days for us to print your item).
My order never arrived. What gives?
Sorry! If you ordered your item(s) more than 10 days ago (or more than 30 days ago for international orders), please contact email@example.com immediately so we can ship you a replacement as soon as possible.
No problem! We have a super easy exchange policy that covers customers who would prefer a different color, size, or even design. You have up to 60 days to process an exchange or return, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you wish to exchange, as well as the reason for your exchange. We will print you up a new item and send it out as soon as possible.
No worries - just email us at email@example.com with your order number and the changes you’d like to make. If your item is already marked as shipped you will need to wait until you receive it and process an exchange.
We’ve got you covered! If you receive an item that you don’t like and wish to exchange it, just email us any time at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and which item you wish to return. You can return an item for any reason within 60 days of your order time.
Our online custom design software is on its way! In the meantime, please contact us with the quantity, style, and color of gear needed and the requested delivery date. If you already have the artwork, please attach it to the email. We will reply with a quote and an estimated ship date.
No artwork? No problem! Just give us as many details as possible (event or occasion the gear is for, preferred colors, exact text, the image you have in mind, etc.) and our designers will take care of the rest. You will receive a proof and approve the design before we go to print.
